Senior Clinician of the Maxillofacial/Head and Neck Unit Poole Hospital, UK. He practices all aspects of Maxillofacial Surgery although specializes in microvascular surgery and reconstruction. He is one of the Consultants in our specialty to practice and teach aesthetic surgery in the United Kingdom. He was appointed as Professor of Head and Neck Surgery at the Peking Union Medical College in 2011 and holds a personal chair at Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom.

He has published over 150 papers, chapters in books and his own book ‘Local Flaps in Head and Neck - a defect base approach is in print for the second edition. He is the Past President for the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
